Board of Review

The Board of Reviews job is to review and determine if the Assessment in the Township, within a given area or neighborhood are equitable and fair. The Board of Review has the authority to increase or decrease the assessments.

The Oceola Township March Board of Review will meet and hear appeals by appointment on Monday, March 9, 2026 from 9-12 & 1:30-5:00 p.m. and Wednesday, March 11, 2026 from 1:30-5:00 & 6:00-9:00 p.m. at Oceola Township Hall, 1577 N. Latson Rd., Howell, MI. Call 517-546-3259 for an appointment. Residents and Non-Residents can submit write in appeals to the above address or email appeals to ASSESSOR@OCEOLATWP.ORG but they must be received by Friday March 6, 2026, or they will not be heard.
