February 28, 2012 - Presidential Primary
Elections run from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
ABSENT VOTER BALLOT APPLICATIONS ARE BEING SENT OUT FOR THE PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY ELECTION
The application to request a ballot for the February 28, 2012 election must be completely filled out.
The application asks you to CHECK THE REASON FOR REQUESTING AV BALLOT please check the circle or fill it in.
The application asks you ARE YOU A UNITED STATES CITIZEN? please check the circle or fill it in and then sign below the statement declaring the statement to be true.
The application askes you to SELECT BALLOT TYPE please check the circle or fill it in, this election requires you to select a party or if you choose not to select a party you can choose BALLOT WITHOUT PRESIDENTIAL PRIAMARY. This ballot choice is for voters not voting in the Presidential Primary who wish to vote on local proposals or candidates
The application asks you to SIGN in two places, both are marked with an arrow.

During Election Season
If you would like to vote "Absentee" you can go to the following web site and print off an application to vote absentee.
www.mi.gov/vote
Click on Absentee voting, scroll down to download your AV application, fill out your name and address. If you would like the Ballot sent to any address other than your residence, please fill out the section where you would like the ballot sent. You must send the application to your local clerk:
